the saturday morning report

ate breakfast at the market today. smoke sat very calmly on my lap while i did so -- which is normal. had just a fresh roll and tea for breakfast. she was in her carrier while i shopped.

bought smoked salmon, pear cider, honey sticks, and cookies -- double chocolate and ginger chocolate chip. yum.

afterwards was her walk. fun. lots of "how did you get your cat to do that?".

this week, unlike last week, when our return route took us through the market again, she had to be picked up. but that's still better than having to put her back in the carrier to go through the crowd.
